Pre-season for all senior netball players commences Tuesday 10 November 6:15pm at Katunga Recreation Reserve (1 hour duration). 17/Unders are most welcome to join in. If you are a parent bringing your child to training, you are also welcome to join in. If you are injured or just want to do something, please participate by walking laps of the oval. We can all do something!
Sandra Simpson will be our Personal Trainer for six weeks on Tuesday’s prior to Christmas. All expenses will be covered by KFNC. This is a fantastic opportunity for all players regardless of your fitness level to get involved. We cannot express how vital your support of and your attendance to these sessions will be. We sincerely thank Sandra for all her efforts in putting this program together.
