The Committee, Players and Members of Katunga Football Netball Club are saddened by the passing of esteemed Life Member Keith Hendy. We offer our deepest sympathy to Mary (dec), Peter, Jenny, Anthony, Eileen, Jodie, Rosemary, Caroline, Tommy and Loretta and their extended families on your loss.
As the current custodians of the Katunga Football Netball Club, it is important we remember our past and the people who through their hard work, diligence, persistence and love for Katunga have played a major role in shaping the club we are today.
Keith was the inaugural winner of the clubs senior Best and Fairest Award in 1950 and also won the PFL league medal that year as full back for Katunga. A true gentlemen, who we have been blessed to have as a player, committeeman, selector, supporter and Life Member.
